I wanted a good sectional for my living room. The hazelnut model was a good fit for the colours I had and the size was good too. The deliverers that Amazon picked (HomeDirect, I think) were good - they brought all things into my living room and that was that. Assembly did take a good hour (would be faster if there were two people).

As warned in the other reviews, the cushions do deform and after 2 weeks they're already beginning to take shapes that I wish they wouldn't. It's also not as comfortable as I'd like, but I think that's a matter of preference.

In all, it fills the space I needed it to, but I wouldn't buy it again.
